All of us have physical and emotional needs. It is alarming how many hours adults and children spend in front of computer or monitors allowing AI to provide information on every subject we can imagine. A computer cannot replace our emotional and physical needs for basic life. Christians have drifted away from reading the bible in place of videos or some strange person teaching religion on the internet. King David said concerning God’s Word, “thy Word have I hidden in my heart that I might not sin against thee.” Nothing can replace personal bible memory. Just to prove this consider how many Bible verses you can recall from memory today? How many bible stories can you share with others to help them with emotional or physical needs. “And this is the confidence we have in him, that if we ask any thing according to his will, he hearth us.” Where is God’s will located? Only in the bible and a lack of its study produces weak Christians. Only God can provide the emotional and physical needs we may have? A good place to start is Psalm 119.
