Frances was born August 16, 1925 in Hubbard, Texas to Thomas Payne and Amy Beatrice Vickery Findley. She retired from the Mexia State School Accounting Department, after 30 years of service.
Frances was a hard worker. She managed to take care of her children, home, a job and, also, helped her husband on their ranch. She enjoyed vegetable gardening and cooking.
