The mixed doubles team of Emily Menzel and Blane Sadler took second place at the UIL State Tennis Tournament in San Antonio, April 26-27.

Senior Kallen Rogers took sophomore Cyler Corn under his wing this season and the duo came within a couple of feet of qualifying for the state meet in the shot put. The duo finished third and sixth at the UIL 3A Region III track and field meet at Midway High School.
