It may have been a scrimmage but the crunch of the pads against each other were real.
The Groesbeck High School football team lined up from the line of scrimmage against an opponent for the first time to unofficially start the 2022 season, as Groesbeck hosted Madisonville on Friday, Aug. 12 for a scrimmage at Groesbeck Stadium.
Marlee Price, currently on track to be Groesbeck High School class of 2023 valedictorian, plans a future in medicine. Dr. Price would sound nice, she said.
