Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, November 1, 2020, at 2:00 A.M. On Saturday evening, our clocks need to “fall back” one hour. Sunrise and sunset will be about 1 hour earlier on Nov 1, 2020, than the day before and we gain an extra hour of sleep. There will be more light in the morning. Daylight Savings Time was first observed in the United States in 1918.
