Ongoing TUESDAY NIGHTS 6:00- 7:30 p.m. - The Kosse Lions Club meets on the first Tuesday of each month at the Kosse Cafe.
County Judge Richard Duncan and County Sheriff Murray Agnew were at odds, once again, during the Limestone County Commissioner’s second budget workshop, conducted following the executive session of their regular meeting on Tuesday, Aug. 9. Discussion ensued about the efficiency of the Sheriff’s Office’s current structure, as Duncan considers the makeup to include “too many chiefs and not enough Indians,” but Agnew disagrees.
Terra Cockerham is not new to Groesbeckshe has lived and worked here her whole life! But this year she is one of the new faces at H.O. Whitehurst Elementary, and though she won’t be teaching in a classroom, she will be tending to the medical needs of Groesbeck’s littlest goats.
