GHS Seniors Enjoy Sunrise Together

The Groesbeck Class of 2024 held a Senior Sunrise event on Friday, Aug. 18 from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. in the North Parking lot of the high school. Senior Sunrise is a bright & early event where the senior class meets to watch the sunrise together on school grounds. This year the event was complete with breakfast and mocktails.

The Groesbeck ISD Board of Trustees held a special meeting on Monday, Aug. 21 to discuss the district’s budget and tax rate for the 2023- 2024 school year.

What a great day at the center on Thursday with twenty-four joining together for food, fellowship, and games. Not long ago I saw a survey that said people are more outspoken than they used to be.
