Let’s Travel Club was on the road again. A tour of Michigan was the agenda with the highlight including two nights in the Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island.
The 2022 Groesbeck Homecoming is planned for Oct. 7-8. This year’s Homecoming theme is “Back to the 80s”. It is time to start planning those floats for the annual parade. The Groesbeck Ex-Students named the honorary float as all ex-tennis teams and tennis members. There will also be a tennis reunion at the home of Lauren Longbotham Spencer.
The Groesbeck Lions Club met on Wednesday, July 20, at Mi Rancho Restaurant. Lions Club president, Larry Price, presided.
A Texas Watershed Steward workshop on water quality related to Lake Limestone will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on August 23.
