Sponsors wanted for Community Battle of the River Pep Rally, Sept. 22

A local community host is sponsoring a Community- Wide Battle of the River Pep rally at City Hall Square (corner of Navasota & Waco Streets) on Sept. 22 at 4 p.m., Come cheer on our football team as they get prepared to battle the Mexia Blackcats in the return of the Battle of the River. All interested in sponsoring this pep rally please contact Ashley Foy at 936-346- 7255 or Nicole Carreon at 254-651-9418. There are a number of different ways to sponsor from purchasing different spirit items (ie. pom-poms, megaphones, cowbells, stickers, etc) and setting up a free booth at the pep rally, monetary donations, and more.
