Teague Quarterback Club tournament this weekend at Tri-County Golf Club

Saturday morning, about 100 area golfers will meet at Tri-County Golf Club at the Vineyards for the annual Teague Quarterback Club tournament.

Nursing homes need people to become pen pals to residents. With COVID-19 being a problem in our country, residents need to have pen pals more than ever. They cannot leave the facility if they do, they would have to be quarantined for fourteen days. Through all of this, there has been an increase of depression. They worry about all their loved ones being exposed to COVID-19.

AUGUST 3 Groesbeck High school volleyball two-a-days will start from 8 a.m to 10 a.m. and again from 12 noon to 2 p.m Monday through Friday. Athletes are asked to be there 30 minutes prior to practice times. Two-a-day practices are for athletes grades 9-12. Athletes should have their medical release forms and/or physical forms completed and turned in before day one of the workouts.
