The Groesbeck Study Club had its regularly scheduled meeting at the Groesbeck Woman’s Club on November 17 at 6 p.m. Janice welcomed everyone. Amanda Shugart gave the devotional. It was about Giving Thanks. She gave us ten things to be thankful for. Some of these are Gratitude which helps our heart, a Positive attitude that has a calming effect on our lives and boosts our immune system, and to find the peace which helps us in every way. She said to talk to the Lord and praise him out loud. To keep it simple and speak gently and she ended with a prayer. You gave us a lot to think about. Thank you!
