“Their Dream Truck”

Ethan Walker’s 16th birthday is months away, and the dream truck he planned to fix up and build with his dad, the late Trooper Chad Walker, has miraculously been delivered... just a little early. Though the late Trooper found and bought the truck prior to his passing for his son, Ethan, he hadn’t been able to put the work into it that they talked about before his passing in March, so some buddies of Chad’s made the truck project their priority. After a paint job, new bumpers, lift kit and more, the truck looks and drives like a dream.

Study Club holds its reassembly meeting

The Groesbeck Study Club had its re-assembly meeting on Tuesday, September 21 at the Groesbeck Woman’s Club at 6 p.m. President Janice Levi welcomed us all to our new club year. We started with the Pledge of Allegiance and June Wietzikoski gave our invocation. Janice Levi made us a good and sturdy wooden base for our flags for the Woman’s Club. Many thanks to her for this.
