The Southwestern Donkey and Mule Society (SDMS) will bring its annual clinic and Spectacular Donkey & Mule Show to the Limestone County Fairgrounds in Groesbeck on Saturday, Sept. 27, and Sunday, Sept. 28.

Lea Hardison’s yard in the McLelland Addition on Leslie Street has been named the CAGC September 2025 Yard of the Month. Skipping August due to dry conditions, the club chose Hardison’s yard because “It’s always perfectly manicured with so many plants and plantings.”
Best of the Best Corrections: In the 2025 Best of the Best winners, The last names of the Best EMT/ Paramedic and the Best Physical Therapist were spelled incorrectly. Best EMT should be Shelton Chapman and Best Physical Therapist should be Jason Trojacek.
