The Goats took an exciting home overtime win over the Westwood Panthers on Friday night 69-60. Groesbeck took a one-point lead, 12-11, after the first quarter of play. The Goats outscored the Panthers 15-7 in the second quarter to extend their lead to 27-18 at halftime.
The Lady Goats defeated Buffalo and Westwood this past week to finish district play in fourth place with a district record of 9-5 behind Fairfield, Teague, and Franklin.
