It was good to be back at the center on Thursday to greet nineteen happy faces. Those faces belonged to Janice Bilbrey, site mgr.; Ann Brown, Lorene Stembridge, Gala Lind, Snuffy Bennett, Sammy Cooper, Bobbie Jean King, Gay Ann McBride, Earl Mask, Alma McCurry, Roger and Sharon Watson, James Lindley, Doris Lemley, Wayne Sharp, Wilma Lee, Michelle Cochran, Elizabeth Neason and myself. Everyone had a great time visiting, eating together, and playing bingo. Bingo was once again called by Michelle Cochran and she took the blood pressure of those who wanted it taken.

When the Covid-19 pandemic began, and businesses were forced to shut down their operations, Congress passed programs to provide financial assistance to companies. One of these programs was the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERC) The ERC gives eligible employers payroll tax credits for wages and health insurance paid to employees.
