Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls by Peggy Beck

1 (11.36-oz) package Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese softened 1 ¼ cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 lb. sausage uncooked or Italian sausage Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl combine biscuit mix and seasoning packet, cream cheese softened, shredded cheddar cheese and sausage uncooked. Mix ingredients thoroughly until all ingredients are fully combined.
