A Mexia teenager was killed Wednesday night when the driver of the SUV he was riding in took a curve too fast, rolled the vehicle and hit a tree.

Property owners will soon receive appraisal notices from the Limestone Appraisal District. The district will send the notices April 30, in which city, county, school districts and other local taxing units apply to set the 2020 values. Under Texas law, county appraisal districts are required to notify property owners about changes in their property’s value.
