Saturday, Sept. 9 9 a.m. - Noon – Ashburn Hanna Americal Legion Post 288 presents Suicide Prevention. We can help prevent suicide. Every year, the Lifeline and other mental health organizations and individuals across the U.S. and around the world during September. National Suicide Prevention Month, Be the One! Information from LMC First Responders, Veterans Administration, AccentHealth, Cross Creek Meadows, and more! Research shows people who are having thoughts of suicide feel relief when someone asks after them in a caring way. The following cases were collected from the Limestone County Courthouse offices of the District and County Clerk for August 2023. Filed cases are collected around the first of each month. All questions must be handled via the appropriate County office only.

Groesbeck Boil Water Notice: Ridgewood Park customers only

Due to a service interruption caused by a new line connection, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required the City of Groesbeck public water system to notify all customers affected by the service interruption to boil their water prior to consumption (e.g., washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc). Children, seniors, and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria, and all affected customers should follow these directions. The affected customers are located in the Ridgewood Park subdivision only.
