The Kosse Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to a fire on Hwy 7 and LCR 707 on Monday afternoon (Oct. 13) that would ultimately burn 79 acres over the course of three days and require mutual aid assistance from several agencies.

The members of the Limestone County NAACP extend their sincere appreciation for the support, participation and effort from individuals, organizations and churches that helped make the NAACP Family Fun Day a success.
