Commissioners Consider Retiree Insurance Options

Limestone County Commissioners handled business in under 10 minutes at their meeting on Tuesday, July 8, spending a few minutes discussing insurance for county retirees. Commissioner Bobby Forrest, Pct. 4, requested that the matter be added to the agenda, explaining that retiree insurance was increased to $300 about four years ago and would likely need to be raised again this year by $50. He suggested an alternative.
