Funeral services for Scott Barnes will be held on Sunday, July 27, at 2 p.m. at Ricks-Bowers Funeral Home in Jewett. Interment will follow the services at Jewett Cemetery.
Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
Kathryn Martha Vance, 66, of Groesbeck, Texas, passed away peacefully on July 19, 2025, under the compassionate care of Solaris Hospice and Windsor Nursing Home.
Born on January 17, 1959, in Clute, Texas, Kathryn was the cherished daughter of Reverend O.M. and Lola Vance.
