The proposal to widen the road through the business district promised benefits for traffic flow and economic growth, but it also brought concerns about cost, property changes, and the impact on downtown life.

This is Milo. Milo was found roaming the McLelland addition. Milo is not wearing a collar or any other identifying information. He seems to be well cared for and understands simple commands. Milo will be microchipped before leaving the shelter.
