Stella is this week’s featured adoptable pet. Stella came into the Groesbeck Animal Shelter on June 4, 2026. She’s a well behaved girl who seems eager to bond and ready to find a family she can count on and call her own. Stella deserves a loving home where she can feel safe, appreciated, and part of someone’s daily life. Helping Rural Texas Small Businesses Thrive
One of my favorite parts of serving House District 13 is getting out across the district and visiting the small businesses that keep our rural communities alive. HD 13 covers a lot of ground — more than three hours from one end of the district to the other, but no matter where I go, I make it a point to stop in and visit local businesses along the way.
