At the Groesbeck City C ouncil meeting on April 21, council approved formal requests made by property owners located outside city boundaries to purchase and receive water services from its municipal supply and moved an item to a future meeting. Additionally, waivers were granted for fireworks displays at the 2026 high school graduation and the July 4th celebration.
