The Groesbeck football team had its mettle tested in last week’s 45-0 loss at Little River Academy, the first setback after two wins to start the season.

Groesbeck took a halftime lead of 26-0 over the Rice Bulldogs, overcoming a sluggish start and a bunch of penalties.
